With the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a quaint downtown cafe, The Rising Loafer Pleasanton was established in 1998. Mary Terese Costello and her friendly staff offers you a fresh selection of daily baked breads and muffins, along with a full service restaurant of wholesome and healthy faire.


“The Loaf” is a place to meet friends, to have a bite to eat, or just to relax and enjoy yourself.

Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday  700 am - 300 pm

                                     Saturday - 730 am - 300 pm

                                     Sunday - 800 am - 300 pm


Breakfast is served until 1130 am Monday - Friday, 1145 am Saturday and Sunday.
